   Proposal Description:
   Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a heterogenous state with differing levels of pathology, clinical symptoms, and neuropsychological measures. Aim 1) We aim to use Bayesian multivariate generalized linear mixed-effect models on a combination of longitudinal clinical, neuropsychological, and fluid/imaging biomarker measures to predict the progression to dementia in participants with mild cognitive impairment, which will help identify factors related to progressive cognitive impairment. Aim 2) We aim to identify subtypes of longitudinal trajectories, which will help us understand disease heterogeneity in progressive cognitive impairment and improve the prediction of disease course.
